Another Look at Quick Change (***): Bill Murray’s Clown Caper
Quick Change, directed by Howard Franklin and featuring Bill Murray, Geena Davis, and Randy Quaid, showcases a bank robbery gone awry. Murray plays a clownish robber navigating chaotic situations while pursued by an inept police chief. Though the film lacks significant humor and a strong romance, Murray’s performance makes it worth watching.

The Dead Don’t Die (**) doesn’t rise
Still, that I don’t hate this film is more a tribute to the interesting cast. I keep thinking something good could happen, even though nothing really does. People just show up places, wait around, talk about stuff, then they die.

Isle of Dogs (*****) is one of the best
I love dogs but #isleofdogs is better than any film this year. “See this if you can. You shouldn’t regret it if you have a sense of vision and a sense of humor.”

Ghostbusters Answer The Call (***): Hard to shine that penny
To be honest, I am just glad that Dan Akroyd didn’t get to fulfill his vision to force us to watch him on film again. Yes, he along with all of the other Ghostbusters are cameoed in the new film, but his role comes across like a fart in a windstorm.
